"I came from out of toen for my grandmothers funeral and the hot water didnt work and had to be moved three times and that still was not good enough for a hot shower . We spoke to the front desk and no typ of compensation was giving jut an apology smh."

"The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. The room definitely could have been cleaner. The couch was dirty, the floor looked clean (well swept) but was actually filthy, as the floors that turn my new pink wool socks black on the bottoms.
