"The hotel is very modern with outlets that accept North American plugs, as well as European plugs, and local African plus. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to plug in all my North American devices (phones and laptops) without needing a converter. The dinner at the hotel was phenomenal. Some of the best Chinese food I've had anywhere. And quite affordable. Took advantage of their spa services and enjoyed a massage. They have lots of local shops just outside to browse/purchase souvenirs. And they are located a few minutes away from the Victoria Falls entrance. "

"This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!"

"Highly recommend this hotel. Extremely nice staff always making you feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options. The food was great with a lot of vegetarian dishes as well. And everywhere has the view of the watering hole, you never know who you’ll see out there. Beautiful hotel! "
