"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. Secondly, the road to access the property is terrible with a small car. Wish that was highlighted so that we will be prepared. Otherwise the property itself is value for money."

"While the house itself is nice, the hosts and description fails to mention the length and condition of the road to access this cottage. You need a car with high clearance it was 5 km from the tarred road. We had rented a car and sustained damage to it as such the place was inaccessible to us. The hosts were unable to take any responsibility for their false advertising and refused to provide even a partial refund. When we went to the mechanic and the to a different accommodation we were told...
