"This was our 3rd visit and the room was very well kept and neat. I cannot recall if there was an iron previously but we did miss this - perhaps a mini foldable ironing board and iron could be provided. The salt and pepper shakers had the wrong contents (salt shaker had pepper in it and vice versa). The privacy screen at the pool looks great. "We had booked this property as a stayover for my mum who was needing to be at the hospital nearby early the next morning. The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "Wonderful getaway to the country at this premium wine estate. Friendly hosts, decent pet friendly accommodation, warm fireplace and lots of red wine on tap for a warming Winter escape."

"We had issues checking in, finding the condo, and many of the amenities listed were not available. "

"Very cool location and quite relaxing. Needs some improvement on the interior and exterior of the cottage though as a lot of things were worn. It was quite windy while we were there and the wind blew most of the smoke coming the fireplace back inside which made everything smell like smoke, including our clothes in our suitcases. It did improve the feeling of being in a remote location, but still, this is probably not what you want. Overall quite good and value for money."

"Everything was fine. There are 6 dogs, they are lovely, but be sure that your children and/or partner are not scared of them since they around the cottage all the time. The farm manager is very polite and welcoming. The cottage where we stayed was really nice."

"We stayed in a luxury 4 sleeper unit, which was nice, with all the basic cutlery, crockery in a house you could possibly need, spacious with a much needed aircon, there was staff who came to clean the unit each day. The only thing i wished they refilled for us was the dish washing liquid and left us with a dish cloth to dry our daily dishes. The couches in the lounge was really hard to sleep on and uncomfortable, not really suited for elderly adults."

Wedding Anniversary Weekend

"We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!"
