"This was our third stay. Always a good stay. This time was a bit different. Site said we get free tickets to zoo in town with our stay. Upon checking in-i asked about the tickets and was told the zoo was closed and they were not allowed to give them out until the zoo opened for the season. We drove by the very next day and they were in fact open. So wasn’t happy about that. Stopped in the restaurant for breakfast. "The pool and hot tub were really crowded for our entire 5 night visit. Even when the hotel was quiet, the pool area was loud, over crowded and had people eating and drinking all over. The hotel does allow non guests to pay to just use the pool so I suspect this was the issue. Breakfast ran out twice by the time we got there at 8. When breakfast was available, it was great. The place was clean. The staff were professional and kind. "
