The staff in the dinning room were just lovely, thank you Ann, you are such a lovely friendly lady. Our room was really nice everything we needed, needed to turn off the heating for a while as was too warm, but I’m not complaining."

"The leisure facilities are not good enough for the size of the hotel. Everything is so small, the pool and the jacuzzi. The sauna and steam room were cozy when more than 4 people wanted to use. Needs much better leisure facilities. We left after 15 minutes as we were just sat round waiting to use "

"The Cardiff Marriott Hotel is walking distance from Cardiff Central Station. It's very convenient to stores and restaurants. The staff is absolutely the best. They are friendly, helpful, very nice. They go above and beyond. "

"Staff and breakfast were excellent. Beware that some rooms can only be accessed by steep stairs down from ground floor, or by walking right round the roads to the car park at the back."
