Our room was clean and quiet and l was comfortable enough for four adults in a one bedroom with one large sofa bed for two. "Our stay was amazing! Big shoutout to Eugenio who was so helpful in showing us ways to navigate the city and also giving us suggestions of things to do during our stay. He was so personable and knowledgeable. He really went the extra mile for us but I feel like that’s probably just the way he is with everybody. His suggestion for the glass factory to visit in Murano was spot on! Our room was amazing and had an awesome view! Convenient to restaurants it was actually nice to be staying away from...

"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "
