Excellent location- 25 minute walk to Basilica and Doge Palace and a 3 minute walk to and from the water taxi. The staff were extremely helpful and patient assisting me with directions to all my tours and and navigating water taxi and bus routes. Also definitely ask them first for restaurant directions. Had the best pasta meal of my life at one of their recommended restaurants.

Everything about this hotel was perfect beginning with the staff who greeted us, the swift delivery of our luggage to our room, their willingness to accomodate us for breakfast after I failed to buy such as part of the package, and their willingness to work around our cleaning requests.

We loved our stay at Arcadia Boutique Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and room service did a good job each day. It is situated perfectly for getting to and from the airport via Alilaguna (Guglie stop on the Orange line), and also for walking to the city centre. The only downside was that we were put in a room at the front of the property so noise from the street at night kept us up pretty much every night unfortunately as there is a bar below! I'd still recommend the hotel as I suppose in most accommodations in such a busy city you will get noise.
