Rooms are small and simple and beds are not very comfortable especially if you don't like firm beds. But it was very clean and I actually like having a bathtub. "This was a really nice b&b, close to the centre of Assisi. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was great. The rooms were on top floor up a tight staircase, so if you have mobility problems could be an issue. For us not a problem. We were able to leave bags at b&b while we explored Assisi, which was great. I would stay at this b&b again."

"A nice quiet location by the train station with local bus service to Assisi. The room was very clean and peaceful environment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and the server is top notch (he seems to run both dinner and breakfast!). The wifi reception in my room was particularly bad and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that there would be any issue. But it's fast enough in the common area so that got me by."
