"No shower door so water escaped from shower onto the bathroom floor and did not drain to the drain in the corner of the bathroom. Floor is not properly angled to drain to the drain."

"Staff did not pay attention during check in, she just gave me a key and let me took luggae to my room without checking with her team. When i was at room, i had found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Only maid that I found at room did contact hotel staff to change new room for me. Very bad service. The bed was uncomfortable, the spring in the bed hit my back during sleep."

"The De Lit is a charming older building, with flourishes in the archways made of whitewashed masonry and plaster that stays cool in the Thai heat. When we arrived, there was a bit of a mix up in our booking, and the staff did back-flips to accommodate us - they went above and beyond what we'd have reasonably expected, and we remain very grateful. Nice pool to cool off in - literally right outside our door- after a long day at the spectacular Candle Festival. Thanks for a great stay!"

"So old, feels like it’s going out of business. Dining and bar facilities are more like an abandoned banquet hall, there’s no pool unlike the photos, I paid to upgrade my room and the door doesn’t even close properly, there’s a huge gap between the door and top of the door frame. There’s 2 air conditioners in the room and they insisted on turning off the good one after my first night. Had to get into a huge argument to get them to turn it back on. Terrible hotel."
