un complexe hôtelier qui devait être beau il y a 10 ans,mais maintenant pas entretenu et qui a vieillit,la piscine était très sale. Vraiment dommage car l'endroit est sympa !

โดยรวมแล้วเหมือนยังไม่พร ้อมให้บริการ ปกติเวลา เช็คอิน เวลา 14.00น. โดยติดต่อไปก่อนที่จะเข้าประมาณเวลา 17.00น. เมื่อไปถึงห้องที่จัดให้ยังไม่เรียบร้อยมีการเปลี่ยนทีวี ช่างทำทีวีอยู่ในห้องเปิดประตูหน้าต่างทิ้งไว้ยุงเยอะมาก โดยทั่วไปเมื่อไปถึงห้องต้องพร้อมให้บริการ ผู้พักสามารถเข้าพักได้เลยไม่ใช่ไปรอให้ช่างเปลี่ยนทีวีให้เสร็จก่อนถึงจะเข้าพักได้ ต้องร้องขอเปลี่ยนห้อง เจ้าหน้าที่ต้อนรับถามว่าห้องที่จัดให้เป็นอะไรเหรอคะ แจ้งว่ายังติดตั้งทีวียังไม่เสร็จเลยค่ะ ถ้ารอ 6 โมงเย็น หรือ 1 ทุ่มจะได้เข้าพักหรือเปล่า เป็นอะไรที่แย่มากๆ เปลี่ยนทีวีแล้วก็ไม่สามารถดูได้ รวมไปถึงเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องอาหารเช้าก็ไม่พร้อมให้บริการ

personnel trop jeune ne sachant pas parler une langue étrangère mais souriant
coffre-fort extérieur,à la réception, le personnel ne sachant pas l'ouvrir
ce qui est angoissant pour le client
et se réfère à la gérante ,qui est souvent absente, par téléphone, en cas de petite difficulté
le café est payant ; contrairement à la plupart des hôtels
très décentré aussi
