"The first room we received has not been cleaned because the pillows and blankets were all askew, the second room was a smokers room. The third room had a blanket crusty food on it. The housekeepers walked into our room without knocking wanting to clean it, yet we still had an hour and a half for check out. "The hotel is a 3 star but definitely knocking on the door of a 4 star. The staff are fantastic. 2 ladies at the reception were lovely with excellent English. the pool staff were lovely also. Our room was a little small for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids aged 16 and 11. The rooms are all refurbished and the air-con was good. it is located in a lovely part of Lido di Camaiore. Just a tip for you. We were going to get a Taxi from the hotel to Pisa airport. He wanted €80. We said no and got a bus...

"Nice camping site with very good facilities. This is a mobile home, so everything is small but in good conditions. Staff is friendly but the major problem was that they want you to pay extra all the bed sheets and towels. With a family of 5 this ended up to 120 euros (!) I politely refused stating that there was no mention of this on the site and after a while they agreed that don't give any ground,"
