"Room was perfectly designed. Toilet, sink and shower separate from each other. Big clean bed, big TV screen, AC running well, coffee machine and bottled water. Airport free shuttle every 30 minutes, the shuttle only takes 8 people so make sure to be there 15 minutes early. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and stays open until 22:45. The free bottle of wine though was a bit disappointing, as I was expecting a 750 ml size. But nevertheless it was a perk gift. Overall great hotel when you need to be 10 minutes away from the International Airport "

In fact, what this beautiful hotel offers, definitely exceeded our expectations. The architecture of this hotel is amazing; the people working here keep the hotel in excellent shape. "Location was great, I asked prior to my arrival if they had an iron or steamer and never got a response. I am big on cleanliness and there was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. I couldn’t sleep the 3 nights I was there it was so load cause of the street and it sounded like if the windows were open. They need to upgrade there windows cause they are cheap and you hear everything. Overall I would rate it 3/5 only cause of the location. "

"The hotel is very good, breakfast can be found on both lower level and 12th floor and it’s amazing, there is so many choice with eggs and smoothies and other things. But beware if you pay premium for the room and get number 1430s you will end up in a room with almost no view and pretty much dark. We immediately asked for a change but only could get it after 2days cause they were full, so we got friendly with the pigeons visiting the window."

"The room was clean, but the beds were very stiff … definitely a "love it or hate it" situation depending on your back. It’s a functional choice for an overnight flight, but let's be real: the entire business model relies on you paying for the location. Unfortunately, because i had a layover, I was stuck paying that premium just to be close to the terminal and since the location is so convenient, the property doesn't feel any pressure to invest in decent mattresses, pillows, or basic comforts. Their version of "hospitality" begins and ends at the front door, and they certainly squeeze every cent out of that advantage. For the same price, I could have stayed at a top-tier hotel in Polanco with a full breakfast and an actual interest in guest satisfaction. It’s a shame that when you're transit-bound, and looking for convenience it almost always has to mean "overpriced and uncomfortable.""
