"Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war leider hellhörig, aber es gibt zum Glück Ohrstöpsel. Keine Umluft im Zimmer oder Bad, aber die Fenster könnte man weit aufmachen, dann ging einigermaßen.Ist hübsch eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr nettes und flinkes Service. Die Zimmer sind je grau eingerichtet, kein geschlossener Schrank, man hat die Möglichkeit im Art Regal alles auszupacken, ich fand nicht schön, mir fehlte zumindenst für Unterwäsche eine Schublade. "We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. "es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! "

"Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt."
