"Breakfast was fresh and parking was fine. However, the amenities were not. The pool was not available and the television did not work in our room. I tried talking to staff several times but they could not resolve the issue. Lastly, the best thing is after sharing my issues with the friendly desk clerk in the morning she made sure that I got a refund. My children really wanted to swim and watch television. "

"We stopped last minute and this hotel had rooms available. We had our furbaby with us so it was important to choose a hotel that welcomed pets and not at an expensive rate. The room was very comfortable and Loretta (the clerk) was very nice! The only detriment was a small hole in one of the bedspreads and there was a lot of smoking going on outside a few doors down.
