This is my favorite place to stay! The beds and the pillows are the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. The gym was complete and I had good workouts. The place is super clean! The staff are the most polite and friendly! I can’t wait to go back!

The room was very clean, but there was no ability to control the room temperature due to an inoperable wall unit. The thermostat on the wall also did not work. The front desk offered to send someone up to look at it or let us change rooms but after a long day and a child that was already asleep we chose to let our son rest instead of changing rooms. They did offer! Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities expected, and then some.

We were very disappointed that we were not notified that this hotel is undergoing renovations. It was dusty with boxes stacked throughout the common area. Our room had furniture missing and the curtains were falling. The carpet was stained and coming up at the bathroom entry. The bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous.
