"The room was spotless and very clean. However, our check-in was delayed because the room was not ready. If an upgrade is offered, guests should not be kept waiting until 4:30 p.m. to check in. To me, an upgrade means the room is ready upon arrival."

A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and even though the weather wasn’t great, our stay was still incredible.
