"5 minutes before check in i was sent to a different property that i didn't see or agreed to but i had to go because i was getting dropped off with my family. "We just got home from our stay at Bahia Principe Runaway Bay, and we already miss it! We had such a great time. The resort was beautiful, and what really made the trip special was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team, especially Crazy Legs and Toni. They kept the energy up every day and made all the activities so much fun. You can tell they love what they do, and they really helped make our vacation memorable. Another special thank you to Mecardo at the pool bar. He was always in a great mood, made excellent drinks, and took great care of everyone at the pool. Seeing him each day was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We did have a small issue with our bathroom on the first day, but after letting the front desk know, it was fixed very quickly. We really appreciated how promptly they handled it, and it didn’t affect the rest of our stay. Overall, we had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you to the entire staff for making our vacation so enjoyable. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate—you’ll have a great time!"

"I think this is a great resort for families with kids. Food is very good, arrangements for kids are great , drinking options also great. The staff is friendly and tries to entertain you. If you are a swimmer or like quietness, this is not the resort for you. It is in general a noisy place. Swimming was practically denied for me though the pool was there. Regardless of the time of the day you would try to use the pool, because of the operation hours, is practically impossible. The ocean view from the balcony of the hotel room was great though..."
