"Water presser was very low, shower, no info on how to get channels on TV, We let the front desk know, shower head needed to be clean. Shower seamed backwards. And a hole in the closet door. Plus $11.00 for parking that we didn’t know of until check in. Other than that hotel was nice. We may make another stay."

"The rooms need updating and the bathrooms could be alot cleaner. The room cleaning staff were loud as they could possibly be - chatting with each other and being generally loud. It would be nice to see them respect the guests space and sense of calm since they are employees. Overall though, it is was a good stay and the hotel is reliable. The front desk staff are on point - they do a great job."

"BEST location for a hotel in Niagara Falls, NY; it is the closest to the American falls and to the Rainbow Bridge to cross to Canda. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very decent in size and the breakfast is really good. You can’t go wrong with this hotel, I recommend it!!! "

"Old-fashioned decor with a very tired look - carpet and armchair are old and not clean. Bathroom cleanness is fair but could need some updating. Bedsheets are clean but mattress is not comfy. AC unit and bathroom air vent are super loud. Won’t stay again "
