"We were given the excuse that management had just changed over. Had to go to the front desk several times, which was never attended. I had called from the room but nobody answered. Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. "The hotel was staffed by a very friendly gentleman who appreciated my humor about Upstate New York weather having been two previous places noted for extreme heat, little snow and lots of rain. The room featured an interesting optical illusion which made the jacuzzi thing a sweet surprise from my future husband. We have a thing about jacuzzi tubs. It was sweet remainder of his memory about things that matter. "
