"We have never been to a Best Western Plus, and we appreciated the utsch more touch to everything. Familiar amenities, plus. Rhe bed and pillows were comfortable and there was no need to "order a special pillow from the desk." The breakfast bar was meticulously kept clean and stocked and the presentation was perfect. The pancake machine which mixed, poured and exited the pancakes for you is a great idea. All in all, even though we didnt have a view of the lake itself, this property was our favourite of the three we stayed at in the Finger Lakes area. Thank you!"

"The view of Seneca lake is priceless /spectacular. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy- had everything you need. There are 3 different levels that provide views to the lake. I think I would have liked the balconies best but I chose the suite which was nice. Note this is an older hotel that has been remodeled, and I found no issues at all. There is no room service or phone in the room. It is a quiet area with food options about 6-10 minutes away in the main area of town. everything was closeby."

"The room was spotless and even had refillable water bottles, which you can refill with your choice of flat or sparkling water. The staff was fantastic and the hotel and rooms were clean and modern. We loved relaxing in the library with a roaring fireplace and making complimentary smores kits on the fire pits! Will definitely return."
