"Loved the Black Swan. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice location and good food. The only problem I had was that the shower wasn't really good. Very light water pressure so it actually took longer to take a shower than I normally do because it takes longer to rinse off. Also, no rubber bath mat inside the shower to reduce slipping, no grab bars, and the water didn't drain right away so I was standing in water which also upped the risk for slipping."
