"The hotel was updated and clean and the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the really nice gym. It had everything I could have wanted. I dined in the bar/restaurant. The service was attentive, but the food took a long time. The manager discounted my meal as a result, which I appreciated."

"The food is terrible and all food and drinks are overpriced. Got one drink and later got a bill for $31? The delivered breakfast has delivery fees tax and tip so it’s extremely expensive and is horrible quality of food. The biggest complaint I had was my sister called the hotel before I checked in to ask them to surprise me with something for my birthday. They did nothing and then she had to follow up multiple times just for them to give me something 2 days late upon checkout… just not what I would expect from such a highly rated hotel. It’s also disappointing to see that a girl staying a couple days before me had a great and special birthday experience but when I checked in I didn’t have the same experience. In fact they asked me the occasion of my stay at least 3 times. Definitely have had better experiences at cheaper hotels. "

"I booked a larger room which I paid extra. Upon check-in i was not given that room. When I asked about it I was told I did not book a larger room. After showing them my confirmation they still did nothing. The next day I asked about it again and was told that they did not have those rooms do to construction. Not once did anyone offer to refund me the differance. The room is what you get for the price. Made the mistake of looking under the bed. There was two miss matched shoes and a pack of Razors plus other junk.So that tells you how well they clean. Once again you get what you pay for. Unfortunately my work does not give us enough money to stay in nicer places.... "

"I didn’t even know about the pool! The room was to be ready at 3 but we had to wait over an hour for it to be cleaned. Last I wish that had an elevator. Carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs was hard because my husband and I are in our late seventies"

"Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom being so high up? I’m 5 feet tall and totally struggled taking a showing and not having the stuff run down my arm as I’m pumping them into my hands because of height. The dispensers were at eye level for my 6 foot tall son who had a good laugh hearing me cursing throughout my shower. "
