"Myroom that was booked was not cleaned when I arrived at 5pm. The staff did find me another room. That room was clean, but had an oder due to whatever they use to clean. The room provided a desk but no chair. The internet was not working in my room, but they have a very comfortable lobby area that I was able to get my work done in. The staff tried to help me and where very polite. "

"They are very helpful & work hard to make your stay pleasant. We are mobility-impaired & they try to give us a room close to tbe entrance & on the ground floor. We hsve a favorite room, & they try to make sure we get that one whenever possible"
