Upon my arrival, there was a long line, and it took a while to check in, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. She went over the amenities and the breakfast and parking procedures. The complimentary breakfast was part of the hotel rate, but the parking fee of over €40.00 seemed a bit pricey."

There is a large shopping mall a 3 minute walk away (Nordstan) and one of the main shopping districts (Kungsgatan) is only 5. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s typical for most of Europe. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast is incredible. "
