"Nice room and very quiet. Immaculately clean but no kettle. I was very underwhemled by this. I didn't want the mini bar or ironing board but a kettle it a basic essential. Apparently, not all the rooms have that. I complained and they brought one immediately.
The staff were nice and the breakfast was excellent. Great location.
They need to provide slip mats for the bath as it was treacherous when wet. I asked for one but they didn't have any. I hoped they would get one before my husband arrived the following day. He's had spinal surgery but doesn't need a disabled room. It's a matter of safety and the hotel would be liable for any accidents. It needs addressing."
