"I enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. All of the staff was very friendly. What put this property over the top for me was the lovely sitting area overlooking the river. There were different levels with Muskoka chairs to use. We sat and enjoyed the view twice during our stay. Definitely recommend this property."

"Most everythng about our stay was good. The only negative is the check in. The front desk staff was not very professional. A group checking in before us were from her home town & she was more interestd in talking to them. In addition, while actually doing my check in, she stopped to take a photo with one of these people. Despite there being teams of ball players there, breakfast was wel stocked & staff cleared things quickly."

"This is the only hotel I stay at in Ottawa. It's very close to the airport, and has an awesome shuttle service. My room was clean inviting and I enjoyed my very short stay there. I arrived very late in the evening close to 12:00 a.m.. The staff processed me getting into the hotel very quickly I managed to get to my room and get some much-needed sleep. They have a great restaurant on site that serves really amazing food. I eat there every chance I get. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you're traveling as much as I have over the last year. The location is awesome and the pricing is good. "

"The staff were very friendly and checked in with us to see that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing and the selections changed daily. The ladies overseeing the breakfast did a great job of keeping things full and continuously cleaning the area.The room was cleaned daily and always smelled fresh.The decor is very inviting as well.
