"The staff appear to have a policy of booking you into their main hotel , the one at Anand Lok, then moving you out to one of their two sister hotels, when and whenever the fancy takes them.
This happened to me TWICE IN ONE TRIP - when you come back in the evening and they tell you they no longer have a room and it is night time, you have no choice but to move.
These two others in their chain are appalling - dirty, in need of significant renovation, and clearly would get no bookings if they...
