Location wise, it is great. Just next to Select city mall. Walking distance to the restaurants and mall etc. Hotel is homely. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and furnishing need to be updated. The walls need a coat of paint. The hotel needs a freshen up.

The reception is very helpful and prompt. So is rishab who is part of the housekeeping team. But the property is worn out. For example, the linen has holes. The restaurant looks dead. The rooftop bar doesn’t exist.

This is the best kept secret in New Delhi. Very comfortable accommodations and great value. Connected to a big shopping mall and over 20 restaurants. Highly recommends and will be staying here again.

A best option for Business travellers.

The best part is hotel is in center of the city , i.e equal distance for Noida and Gurgaon. The room are maintained well and cleanliness was properly kept as per the name. Only issue was they have reduced the food choices due to pandemic.

Gym is at upper basement - approach is possible through one elevator which is highly unreliable / no staircase too available - waiting time for this lift can be as high as 5 minutes - also lighting arrangements at gym needs attention (currently it is so so)

Very courteous and well mannered staffs (Security, Front Office, House Keeping). Location is great! Just beside DLF Place and Select City walk. Max Speciality Hospital is just 5/7 minutes walk. All in all a very decent & good Hotel. There are some minor issues which can be rectified and solved. Such as Room Key/Card does not work properly and frequently needs activation from front office. Breakfast can be improved. As I said, All in all pretty nice Hotel. There strength is the smiling faces of the staffs !

good location to mall - but not good service

overall our stay was ok. i was expecting much better service. staff was friendly but not quick to respond to requests. I requested a non-smoking room but found out upon arrival i was in a smoking room and not given any options to change at anytime during my 9 night stay. Then the nightmare began about 6 days in - maybe we are to blame but we didn't use the in-room safe - USE THE SAFE IF YOU STAY HERE! My Canadian money $150 was stolen from my wallet which was in my purse in my room on the table. I reported it to mgmt as soon as i realized it and they did an inquiry with no findings or results - thats was i expected. If only one person was in my room other than us, which was the person assigned to do our housekeeping - then I guess that's the answer. Honestly - this was a horrible way to end our trip.
