Everything was perfect, from location next to May Fourth Square station and a mega shopping mall MixC, very clean room to excellent customer service (special mention to York who helped us with check-in and Mr Yan who cleaned our room). "I would not even let my dog stay in this hotel. Unfriendly staff, not willing to help even with language barriers, rude and very sarcastic. I hated this place. Dirty bathrooms, shower curtains had mould, my sheets still had dirt patches. There are no windows in the rooms. It looks like a brothel. I was charged twice for the night and the security deposit was never refunded even 2 weeks later. This needs to be taken off Wotif's list"
