Location: located above a luxury shopping mall and just a short walk from Daming Lake, Baotun spring and furong street. Room: very good value for money, I booked the premium king room with city view and received a very spacious room on a high floor with views of Daming Lake and Jinan city. The bed was very comfy and the room was well kept and clean. Service: Receptionists were polite and spoke English which made things easier. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. Also while out shopping for my partners birthday gift, the hotel left a birthday cake inside our room for when we got back, we didn't tell them it was her birthday - really nice touch!

Terrible check-in experience

It was a terrible experience to take for the room to be cleaned. I arrived at the hotel around 3PM, but still was told that the room was not ready for check-in. I waited for another 30 minutes before getting the key card.

The room was spacious. However, it was pretty dirty, far below InterContinental's standard. One or two floors were under construction so the smell in the Lobby was bad.
