"Apart from a nice welcome, the lodge is in really bad condition. The room is dark, the bathroom is rusty (and they don’t even give you soap), the swimming pool was blur, full of chlorine. Don’t even think of lying on the sun beds, their mattresses are very dirty. Last but not least, they are building something right next to the rooms, starting at 6am in the morning! Definitely not a place to recommend."

"As a person who travels 10 months a year and stays in many 4 and 5 star properties I must say my time at this property was lovely and memorable- and definitely gets two thumbs up and 5 stars. "This will be a long review, but please read it in it's entirety! We choose to come here for our honeymoon and were blown away. Our stay at the Canopy Hilton in Seychelles was the BEST vacation experience we have ever had! The view from the lobby took our breath away as soon as we entered. The facility was luxurious, clean, and modern. Every piece of the property was picture esque. That is in addition to the property being located right on the beautiful beach of mahe island. Now, for the staff. As beautiful as the property is, the staff made the ENTIRE trip for us. Every last person in the facility made us feel like they genuinely cared about us. They were polite, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely good people. At one point in the trip, my wife had an allergic reaction on an excursion and, by the time we returned to the resort, all of the staff were aware of what happened and checking in on us. I, truly, could rant and rave about the staff all day. By the end of the trip, my wife and I were literally in tears because we did not want to leave our "new family". We even promised them we would be back! I don't want to miss any one but special shout-out to Jaimine, Irene, Danyl, Ina, Jemmy, Melina, John, Greg and many others in the kitchen and maintenance whose names we didn't get. If you all see this, we LOVE YOU ALL, and we will be back to see you again!"

"I had a week stay in a signature suit - absolutely amazing experience, very clean room with a pool (pool was somewhat shallow though), modern amenities, overall very beautiful hotel with a lot of colorful tropical plants. Hotel is located ca 20 min from the airport with a nice beach across the road (1 min away). Plenty of food options to chose from (recommend to get half board) with various themed dinners every evening. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing, very kind, attending and helpful. Overall, very nice experience, can highly recommend this hotel."
