"The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant is amazing. The hotel itself could use some TLC. It was very clean but it looked a little bit in disrepair. The curtains in my room were off the track, the TV worked and then didn’t, the millwork was weathered."

Highlight of our stay was everyone on the hotel staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout. They also generously gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The pool, fitness center, and breakfast area were amenities we enjoyed. "Great hotel and most of the staff were great sadly they never catered for my special dietary requirements due to medical issues I am on a very specific diet - mainly protein no shag liquids and eggs… each time I kindly requested a plain omelette for dinner they declined saying the chef said no!!! I have stayed in many hotel around the world that have gone out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements but this was the first hotel that declined "

"Truly a once in a lifetime experience! We came all the way from the U.S. and loved every bit of our stay here. From the location to the staff, everything was excellent! You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!"
