"The ease of check-in, our room was available earlier which was excellent as I had my 96 yr old Mother with me! Things were very accessible, room close to the lifts! Had a disabled car sticker & was able to park the car right near the lift! Lovely room with beach view. 17 floors up & it was quiet enough for sleeping! 11.00am check out is excellent Staff all very polite. Would return again, but perhaps a walk in shower would be so much easier! "

"10 min from the airport and a 20 min walk from the central shopping / restaurant area along the lovely esplanade. The staff was super helpful storing our bags when we arrived early and when we were leaving late on the back end of our stay. The rooms were clean and nearly all have balconies. The pool is also nice. We did not take advantage of the restaurant but it was clean with a cute garden. I'm sure it's just as lovely as the rest of the property. A solid stay for anyone exploring Cairns over the long weekend."
