"**The Good:** * **Staff:** The staff here are lovely—friendly, attentive, and so welcoming to families. * **Family-Friendly:** The resort is amazingly well setup for kids and families. It was so convenient having everything right at our doorstep. * **Dining:** Having multiple restaurant options on-site was a huge plus for us. It made mealtime stress-free without needing to leave the resort every time the kids got hungry. **Could Be Improved:** * **Rooms & Facilities:** We stayed in one of the older rooms, which definitely could do with a modern update. The pool area is also starting to show its age and could use a bit of a refresh. **Overall:** Despite the older facilities, the convenience and family-focused atmosphere made it a wonderful stay. We’d definitely recommend it for families looking for an easy, fun getaway!"

"We had such a great stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation all just steps away. It made exploring the Gold Coast so easy and convenient. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved having a beautiful view from the room. The staff were also so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed having everything we needed right around us, while still having a comfortable place to come back to after a long day out. Would definitely stay here again on our next Gold Coast trip! 🌴🌊✨"

"Great family Stay for 2 nights. Hotel is immaculate and the direct beach access is great. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they gave use some room credit to get lunch while we waited. Will be back if visiting the Gold Coast again"
