"The hotel lobby had complimentary water and juice - tea/coffee which was lovely and we were given drink tickets for the bar and restaurant as an added perk. We even received a free room upgrade that gave us a balcony and the view was wonderful. Suggestions for the hotel - have more water refill stations outside of just the gym. Allow for a self-service parking instead of valet only. And consider limiting late night pool hours- it got loud and, bathroom upgrades - they are a bit dated. "

"We loved our 7-night stay at Hilltop vacation rental! We had the economy room with a view of the ocean and it was very cool to wake up to the sun rising. The room was clean, there was a shower and bathroom and all of the necessary essentials for our stay—coffee maker, small fridge, etc…The parking was a bit tight, but our rental Jeep fit into the parking spots! "If only we could have stayed longer! We had booking the glamping unit, but because of water issues Theresa switched us to the Bungalow, which was so cosy. She agreed alternative breakfast arrangements as we had to leave early on checkout. We only had time to meet the chickens and ducks at the doorstep, but we saw the donkey and goats sheltering from the rain! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're making a trip to Volcano NP. "
