He is so helpful and so personable. People writing bad reviews are clearly squares and they are looking for a boring cookie cutter hotel. "Close to the downtown. Nothing fancy but functional."

"Booking of room was a bit misleading, you have the option of a drive up room which was cheaper or a deluxe queen. We got the deluxe queen and paid more but it was still a drive up room. We got there and our tv did not work, we called the front desk and they showed up 20 mins later indicating that there should be another remote. We had to leave for an appointment and came back a few hours later and still no fix, the staff came back and tried a few more things with no avail. I asked for a new room...

"Harbour House is absolutely amazing! The location is in the heart of Charlottetown so we could walk anywhere. The ambience was elegant and so inviting. There many areas where we could sit quietly and enjoy the beauty around us. We could hardly wait to get downstairs for breakfast each morning to be greeted with such kindness and served with grace. Finally, Harbour House is exceptionally clean. We will be back!"

"This was a very clean, quaint motel. We extended our stay by 2 days and was by fare my wives favourite place in our travels. It is close to a number of very good sea food restaurants if that is to your liking and within easy travel of tourist sites. The beds were excellent, the staff was excellent, and the price very reasonable --- not much more we can say. D & W Grant"

"The cottage is a lovely place, perfect for easy traveling in the countryside. It is in a very relaxed setting, and within walking distance of the beach and Green Gable. The room is so clean that I feel comfortable to wear no slippers in the room. I give it 10 rating in all criteria."
