"The room was nice, until the toilet didn't flush. I asked to have someone come take care of that. They gave me a plunger and literally said "good luck" I asked if they were serious. They told me they can't go into our room only maintenance can and they aren't here. Ok then can we switch rooms because I'm not plunging a toilet in a hotel that 800 people have used. She got a huge attitude and the whole interaction made me feel like she didn't care. We drove 14 hours just to be treated like we are supposed to do their jobs. "

"The room was ok, but they used plug-in fragrance wall diffusers to cover bad smells. Breakfast was ok as well. BUT the room charge from Expedia was outrageous. There is no need to pay that much for a room at this motel! Beware of Expedia ripoffs!!"
