"Our first time in Krakow and we had an amazing stay. Staff were all helpful esp the Manager who took time to chat with us. Well done to the whole team.
Facilities were all great. Breakfast fantastic and lots of choices. Rooms very clean and the AC was perfect. Cant fault anything and will definitely stay again.
Thank u everyone for making our stay u forgettable."
