Very convenient and close to the airport

A relaxing day was desired and found after a 2 week vacation prior to flying out the next morning.

Friendly staff, loved the gentleman who does the services to and from the airport

Great hotel, clean, delicious restaurant close to CDG airport my only complaint is that the shuttle does not go to aérogare 2( where delta and Air France flights to US depart from)

Very close and convenient to airport shuttle train CDGVAL. Nice restaurant on site. Perfect for a one night before an early flight.

From checking in to checking out our stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful always. The room was very well equipt and very clean. The only issue we had was with the attachment that held the shower head, this was only a very minor inconvenience.

Shuttle service

Close proximity to the big Val d’Europe mall, which has shops, restaurants, snacks, and more. Also at the end of the mall is the RER train station which you can take to get to the heart of Paris. 15-20 minute walk to and from the Disney park which is very convenient. Free shuttle also served well for us. Pool was fun, laundry worked well, staff was nice. Only complaint, albeit tiny and not important, is our card key to get into the room lost its scanning ability 3 different times which made us have to get new ones each time.

I felt safe and comfortable and it was very easy to get to once I knew where to go. I went to the Airport shuttle service first and I just needed to get on the free train by the train station in terminal 3. I also liked the Water bar, although the cold water was not ice cold.
