"Overall a great place to relax and spend some quality time with the family in Karachi. The place is peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy and not so crowded for Karachi. Water parks were well maintained although some of the facilities were not there at all but mentioned on their website and their map. A couple of restaurants were also closed for good. "Having traveled 11 hours to get to Gilgat it was a wonderful welcome into the hotel, and then an upgrade of room. What a treat. Also of note are the gardens and surrounds - stunning! It’s the 2nd time I have stayed here, and I’ll be back. It’s wonderful. Shoukria "

"Stuff on arrival was very rude reast of stuff was very nice breakfast was ok hotel washroom was dirty and only gave one towel and one small soap carpet was very dirty even bedsheets and blanket was also dirty overall it's was not worth of what I paid "

"Beautiful rooms in a former palace. The grounds and buildings are lovely. The service is very good. The breakfast buffet is not as good as similar hotels in larger cities, but still very good. The a la carte menu is better than the evening dinner buffet. Over all, a great experience. "
