"Service is 5-6 stars here. They go out of their way to do things you wouldn’t expect from a 4 star hotel. For example, they went to the police to pay my parking ticket, they went to he supermarket to buy my baby formula, they gave us extra room free of charge to make sure our family of 4 was comfortable. "It’s a good place to stay only if you have a car. There is a bus stop near by (bus line 514) however you need to walk through the main busy road which seems unsafe. You can use hotel shuttle for a surcharge. Really good breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice, clean swimming pool with a view."

"Lovely property in Cala Gonone. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and that we were taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We stayed in an Economy room on the 1st floor and we’re perfectly satisfied. The resturant at the hotel was fantastic, we ate dinner there twice! Cute bar and lobby lounge area. The pool was nice as well. Overall great stay in Cala Gonone"

"Check-in was fairly easy and we were greeted by a very cheerful member of staff. Our room was clean and a fair size. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good something for everyone even gluten free cereal. There was a coffee machine offering latte cappuccino espresso etc but the coffee was only ok but then I’m a snob. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent! Overall we were very pleased with our stay. "
