"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business. - Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...

"The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning. "

"Our stay at Baglioni Resort Sardinia was nothing short of incredible! The booking process was simple, and check-in was seamless. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and helpful, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. The setting of the resort is breathtaking, surrounded by the natural beauty of Sardinia with views of crystal-clear waters and untouched coastline. The resort is perfectly designed to blend modern luxury with the charm of the island. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing both comfort and relaxation. Dining was exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality foods, and dinners at the resort’s restaurants were a highlight. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, showcasing local flavors with impeccable presentation. Facilities were outstanding. The pool and private beach access were pristine, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the water. The wellness center and gym were equally impressive, offering both relaxation and the chance to stay active. Transfers and resort services were efficient, making it easy to explore nearby San Teodoro or simply relax on the property. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. They anticipated needs before we even had to ask and gave excellent recommendations for activities and dining in the area. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying the pristine beach and turquoise sea combined!"

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
