"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. I don't really like this kind of full automatic hotel, human worker are usefull, don't delete them !"

"The staff were great! We didn't get down in time for breakfast and we did not have a car, so they help us order for delivery since we didn't speak german."

"Das Zimmer war sehr Sauber , ebenfalls die ganze Pension. Es hat schon eher Hotelstandart . Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück kann man vor Ort dazubuchen ."

"Room was fine,for the 2 nights I stayed only bottle of water,no tea or coffee in room,no local amenities available to use. Definitely have to be a driver to stay at Aparthotel,otherwise taxi to airport train station, or taxi to Leipzig centre very expensive. Overall not impressed at all,room ok,staff invisible,only fit for a night's sleep."

"Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. Normally there is an option to collect your key in a coded box or something after the reception is closed. But okay, fair enough, it’s my mistake to not follow these rules. But no card payment in 2025?! That’s a big drawback which easily can be fixed. You leave it to your guests to spend 30 minutes to find an ATM...

"Familiengeführtes kleines, sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut. Alles frisch, mit regionalen Produkten. Auf Wunsch gab es Rührei oder Spiegelei. Die Anlage liegt in der Nähe der Elbe. Ideal für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren. Wir konnten sogar unser eAuto an der neuen Ladesäule auftanken! "
