When we check-in in the afternoon there was a very friendly receptionist. Good language skills, and very friendly. The beds are very hard , so a one nighter its okay, a week probably not. We have bookt a table for dinner service , the food was sacky and the gravy tasted very bitter, like it have been on the stow for 12 hours. All the sudden the kitchen staff was standing in the bar, tacking there break. Just looking at paying customers in the restaurant?? So overall the evning staff , they have no soul , no smil, and no rules. They didnt care I tried to use the gym early in the morning before we left. But it was locked?

I stayed many times in Globana but several things are deteriorating. Breakfast is still very good and most staff is very nice. At check-in the staff told me that several floors has be completely renovated so I asked as I am a regular customer if they then have given me a renovated room, but not unfortunately not and no explanation. The WiFi is almost not existent, I measured 3,8mbps. The room are missing both a refrigerator and an Iron. I hope for some improvements for next time.

Great hotel!

Stayed here during a roadtrip through Europe on our motorbikes, we wanted something cozy outside the city centre. Never did we expect such quality of service, nice rooms and last but not least an excellent restaurant.

My reservation papers says: Welcome drink included - and the receptionist offered a glass of water to meet the deal about welcome drink. That was a bit disapointing.

The hotel mentioned they have a shuttle but not sure if it was on time so they made me pay taxi and at the end I ended up sharing with two people and I pay the 100% of the taxi I felt scammed

Wir hatten ein super sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Das einchecken war ganz entspannt und easy. Danach haben wir noch lecker gegessen und haben herrlich geschlafen. Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Stopper der 2 ganger i året på biltur til Kroatia, har med hund.For meg som bare skal rett inn og sove og spise frokost så er dette en glimrende plass.Fint område rundt hotell til lufting av hund før vi setter oss i bilen og drar videre.
