"Well, I didn't see any human being from arrival around 5pm to leaving at 8am. Quite inhospitable & unwelcoming Bed looked like maybe hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Pillow case looked grubby. I needed a second pillow but there was no pillow case at all for that, so I stuffed both pillows into my jacket so I could put my face on that. Slept on the covers in my clothes. Breakfast was another new experience. No one there, no sign of food other than a bunch on bread rolls in baskets...

"Stayed there as it was close to the convention my team was attending to for a weekend. The place is quite simple but cozy. The staffs are all so sweet and accomodating. During breakfast, I asked the kitchen lady if we could order some eggs and she complied with a smile. "A fuse had gone so my room was 4 degrees when i arrived after a long drive. In fact not much worked because of that, but i did have light in the bathroom and hot water there. Staff were apologetic, but i was not given a refund or similar. I tried calling staff at 2330 and also at 830 am, but nobody was picking up. I got electricity back 1100"
