"Staff gave excellent attention immediately when walked in. I thought the breakfast was getting more "continental". Used to be fresh fruit cut up was more and green and orange cantaloupe with sometimes a few canned pineapple pieces and very few small grapes. Where did the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, go? The eggs were horrible - so artificial that they would not even stay on the spoon. Pre cut up frozen potatoes weree pre cooked so long before serving, they were no taste. Only ONE waffle maker. I can't imagine what it was like during last week's College Baseball tournaments. Sad. Housekeeping was excellent. "

"Overall the stay was good. Upon arrival I was s little taken back by the fact that I was told that I had to pay for the room with the card I booked it with and I didn't quite understand that . I had a gift card that in wanted to use for a partial payment and because at the time of booking I was t ready to pay for the room I didn't use the gift then at that point so I was prepared to use it last night and put the remainder of the room on my other card..the guy at the front desk nmksiyed that I had to use the cars that I booked the room with so I tried to contact hotels.com.with minimal help but after to testing in the chat forum for over 30 minutes I decided to simply log in to the app on a different phone and book the same room using the gift card and paid balance on my debit card and It eVen saved me $110 so in this case although some what of a headache it ended up costing the hotel some money simply because they didn't want to split the payment for the room.."

"This property was perfect for our little vacay with kids. The waterpark was great, not too big or overwhelming. Everyone had a great time. The staff here is amazing! Our A/C went out late at night and the maintenance person came back from home to help us. Service above and beyond. I would definitely recommend."
