"Hyatt Place was in a great location to enjoy Old Market, Omaha. Everything in walking distance for the weekend. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly/helpful. The areas that could be approved upon were breakfast area clean up. Tables were not wiped off, gentleman replenishing the hot food did not wear a hair net over his beard. Rooms were nice and spacious, but the refrigerator didn’t work, pillows were hard and lumpy, shower head was clogged and the coffee pot sputtered and sprayed water on the desk. The towels were wonderful. The overall experience was fine and I would probably stay there again. Just need some oversite and maintenance in the areas mentioned."

"The room was clean enough nothing other than a few missed spots while doing typical room service. should be noted i did do an early check in about 2 hours early. beds were comfy enough, clean the property itself has some obvious wear and tear the staff made sure i got an adjoining room with my kids which was nice and the check in process was easy"
