Good location and service

So glad to celebrate my birthday here last July 30. Staff were very courteous, accommodating and very friendly! They allowed us to check-in very early and use our breakfast coupons right away, since we don't have the chance to claim them upon check out. The bfast was good. The room is quite old yet the bed is comfortable. 4 star hotel with less than 100 usd per night.All hotel staff were friendly. Walking distance from the famous pagoda and in front of peoples park. Great location

Great breakfast, capable service and reliable wifi. The hotel is located in Chinatown which isn’t really a good place. The streets noisy and dirty but otherwise the hotel premises are pristine, clean and functional. The only downside was the smell inside the room watercloset. Though the rooms and bathrooms are immaculately cleaned there was an awful smell coming from the drain pipes. Installing a p-trap would probably fix it.

Arrived at 6am and hoped for an early check in. The receptionist said that they are fully booked and they cannot accommodate the request. Instead, they let us use their gym to freshen up (because we came from a 9-hour bus ride from Mandalay. In addition, they also gave us complimentary breakfast even though we have not checked in yet! On top of that, they upgraded our room to Juinor Suite! Sweet!
