I explained l booked this hotel because of the air conditioning six months prior to coming due fact l have a lung disease. I was then told 15 minutes later that they did have another room two rooms down and we could move to this room reassured the A/C worked. "Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Zimmer , in dessen Badezimmer der Abluft Ventilator so laut pfiff, dass trotz geschlossener Tür an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Einen Zimmertausch verneinte die Rezeption mit der Begründung das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Nach der dritten Reklamation war dann doch ein Upgrade möglich. Wir finden den Kundenservice fraglich, da keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt wird, obwohl wir angeboten hatten , das Zimmer zu behalten und für die folgenden Tage die Mehrkosten zu...

"Wat een prachtig hotel. Heel erg mooi ingericht met een duidelijke verwijzing naar de geschiedenis. Geweldig personeel. Enkelen van hen zijn het hospitality vak aan het leren en dat is alleen maar te prijzen omdat je ziet dat ze hun stinkende best doen. De keuken is op hoog culinair niveau. Echt een aanrader."

"Schönes,modernes Apartment 😊 Alles sehr groß und praktisch. Es war alles da,was man zum kochen brauchte. Einzige kleinen Mankos: Beide Matratzen hatte eine Kuhle,anscheinend genau an den Stellen durchgelegen und Terasse nicht überdacht. Wir würden es aber immer wieder buchen 😊👍"
